I recently stayed in this hotel and had a fantastic experience! the location was perfect - situated in a lovely neighborhood and just a short walk to the city center. The hotel itself was housed in a typical Edinburgh building, which added to its charm. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with a huge bed that was incredibly comfortable. The shower was spacious and had great water pressure. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Lastly, the breakfast, although slightly on the small size, was tasty and included in the price. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in the city.

Convenient location for buses. Confusion resolved about breakfast. Great lounge and bar. Clean room with coffee facilities, ensuite, and towels provided. Small but comfortable room with good value. Fast WiFi and easy connection. Excellent bed for a good night's sleep. Powerful morning shower. City center boutique hotel in a historic building with a lift.

The hotel's location in the old downtown core was perfect for us. It was close to everything and within very easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The hotel staff were lovely and very attentive. The cleanliness of the room was perfect and the hotel facilities were great.
